Luke Weaver currently uses a Absolutely Ridiculous Bible Glove glove, and Nike cleats. His equipment choices often tell a story, reflecting his personal beliefs and values. This guide provides a detailed look at the gear Weaver uses, from his famous ‘Bible Glove’ to his custom cleats.
Luke Weaver’s Glove: Absolutely Ridiculous Bible Glove
Luke Weaver’s most well-known piece of gear is his ‘Bible Glove,’ a custom-designed mitt he created in partnership with Aria (Absolutely Ridiculous). The glove is designed to look like an old-school leather Bible and is a very personal expression of his Christian faith. It features ‘His Glory’ stamped in gold, a crown of thorns in the palm, a cross above the finger hole, and three Bible verses lining the inside of the fingers. Weaver has said he wanted the glove to be a conversation starter and a way to openly display his faith on the field.
Luke Weaver’s Cleats: Nike
On the mound, Weaver wears custom Nike cleats. While the specific model can vary, they are often a custom-made pair of Nike Dunks modified for the field. This choice of footwear, much like his glove, allows him to bring a unique personal style to his on-field presence.
Luke Weaver’s Belt: Absolutely Ridiculous
Even the smaller details of Weaver’s gear are carefully chosen. He wears a belt from Absolutely Ridiculous, the same brand that created his famous glove. This shows a consistent preference for the brand’s quality and style.
